The Association of Municipal Administrators, Nova Scotia was incorporated on April 14, 1971, under the Nova Scotia Societies Act. The AMANS By-Laws generally relate to the transaction of the business and the affairs that govern the Association.
The By-Laws have been amended a number of times to implement changes to the Association.
