  • What current research tells us about municipal AI use
  • The communicator’s role in AI governance and organizational change
  • Strategies for collaborating more effectively with IT, HR, Legal and senior leaders
  • Practical guides and frameworks that can build staff confidence
  • Ways to balance opportunities with privacy, reputational and operational risks
  • Examples, tools and lessons learned from other organizations

Participants will leave with practical ideas and strategies to help their municipalities open conversations about AI, support responsible adoption, and protect public trust.
